Cancellation Policy

Any order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be in processing and we may not be able to accommodate changes.

If your order is canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We are confident in the quality and performance of Karynix products. That’s why we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. We recommend using the product for at least 14 days to fully experience the benefits.

If you are still unhappy after this period, you may request a return within 60 days of purchase.
Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We carefully package all orders to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken.

Minor packaging damage (such as dented boxes) with a product in good condition is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing service@karynix.com and include a clear photo of the damage.
If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not accept returns or replacements for damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.


Shipping and Delivery Disclaimer

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Karynix is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If you experience an issue, please contact the courier directly. We are happy to assist where possible.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is not corrected within 24 hours, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
